Beautiful and large oil on canvas, French school signed from the 1920s representing a naked young girl in an Orientalist decor (on a sheepskin rug next to a Moorish table).
The table is large in size large and impressive. It is in good condition and ready to hang.
Maurice Briard studied with Gérôme, and exhibited from 1924 at the Salon des Artistes Français (of which he became a member) and at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants.

His paintings are often sleeping women.
