Adam Styka was born in Poland in 1890.
He completed his formal education at the French Academy of Fine Arts, Academie de Beau Arts.
He painted closely under the tutelage of his father, Jan Styka.
Each year Adam exhibited his paintings in the Paris’ most prestigious galleries such as Salon de Paris, Champs Des Elysees .
He also went to the States of America , where he constantly was awarded highest accolades.

This oriental oil on canvas is a very nice example of the work of Adam Styka .

This work nevertheless remains a fine example of French Orientalism ( although this is in the circle of – or after Adam Styka )
