Beautiful and large oil on canvas, French school signed from the 1920s representing a naked young girl in an Orientalist decor (on a sheepskin rug ).
The painting is a large sized one , and very impressive. It’s in good condition and ready to hang.
Maurice Briard studied with Gérôme, and exhibited from 1924 at the Salon des Artistes Français (of which he became a member) and at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants.

His paintings are often sleeping women.
